Dev Roy completed his bachelor’s in engineering from R.V. College (Bangalore) and his MBA from the University of Chicago. Dev transitioned into investment banking as a debt instruments trader with Bank of America and later joined Barclays Capital, as its youngest Managing Director in the London office. With Dev’s penchant for taking risks during his illustrious career in investment banking, he turned an entrepreneur in 2009 and incubated Nephrolife, India’s third largest renal care provider. The success of the same attracted Davita, the world’s largest renal care provider, into acquiring a significant stake in the company in January 2012 along with New Enterprise Associates. Dev started FitKids in 2010 to address the various learning lacunae in the Indian education landscape
Dhruv holds an Msc in Financial Mathematics from King's College London, following which he worked in the Group Strategy and Investment Banking division of HSBC, London for over five years. Dhruv has always been passionate about tennis and sports, which prompted him to exit HSBC in 2010 and pursue a career in professional tennis coaching. During this time, he coached tennis at the David Lloyd Tennis Academy in the UK as well with some of India's top tennis talents. He later completed his Masters in Sports Administration from AISTS in Switzerland, worked briefly with the International Tennis Federation in Valencia, Spain before returning to India. Prior to joining as CEO of LeapStart, Dhruv was the Head of Operations at Bengaluru Football Club during their I-League title winning season. Dhruv strongly believes in the power of sports and in the need for good quality physical education is passionate about tackling this head-on!
Greg is one of the UK's leading physical educators and a critical physical education 'pracademic' (a hybrid of academic and practitioner). He works with us to develop a world leading PE and Sport curriculum together with a pioneering assessment tool. Greg has extensive experience in curriculum design and teacher education in the UK working with both trainee and qualified teachers. He works with teachers of all stages from Kindergarten to 18 year olds. He works with the world leading Institute of Education (part of University College London) as well as a number of other London Universities. Prior to joining LeapStart, Greg was senior lecturer at London Metropolitan University. Before working in Higher Education, Greg was Head of PE in three large inner London schools having graduated from the University of Warwick.
Greg's professional mission is to create a programme in which every child makes progress in PE and increases the likelihood of growing into a healthy, physically active adult.
Mani completed his bachelor’s in Computer Science and later his Associate in Insurance Institute of India. After a brief stint in Market Research, Mani started his Insurance career with ICICI Prudential as a Medical Under writer. Prior to joining as Head of Operations for Leapstart, Mani worked as an Associate Vice President for Operations in Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where he spent 9 years. During his stint in Bharti-AXA, he has handled several Change Management projects successfully which resulted in improving the overall efficiency of the Operations team. Mani is an ardent leaner and a strong believer in data driven decision making.
Prasenjit Das currently serves as the Manager - Operations in Leapstart. He brings in 6 years of work experience in Sports Management and Sports Education sphere. He has been with Leapstart since inception and currently handles Operations for South and West of India. He was a Volunteer at the 33rd National Games held in Guwahati in 2007. He loves Chess and Cricket and wants to popularize the non popular sports in India and believes that sports should be the right of every school going kid. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management from Indian Intitute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Kolkata.

A Scottish-born Bangalorean, Pradhyum Reddy started his football coaching career with a stint at Woking FC in the United Kingdom. He shifted base to the United States of America in 2000 to work with the South Jersey Barons of the USL Premier Development League. After spending close to a decade of coaching stints in the USA, Pradhyum returned to India where, after working with the Shillong Lajong I-league youth team, he took over the relegated senior team and won them a promotion in his first year as coach. He also guided Lajong to the semi-finals of three major competitions in India – the Federation Cup, IFA Shield and the Durand Cup. An ‘A’ license holder from the United States Soccer Federation Pradhum is currently the assistant coach at Bengaluru Football Club.
