Leapstart Physical Education Specialists (PES) form the main link between Leapstart and institutions. They work with the PE teachers of the school during regular hours assigned for Physical Education. Hence they are present full time at the respective schools and assume total charge of the program. They take care of guiding the PE teacher in conducting the program, support the actual delivery of LeapStart sessions and oversee the complete assessment function.
Leapstart PES undergo comprehensive training under principals from SPARK (Sports, Play and Active Recreation for Kids) USA, an authority who led the movement of delivering similar programs in sport and fitness at American schools. Our PES are deployed on field after they receive the SPARK certification.
